The Minister of Art, Culture, Tourism, and the Creative Economy, Hannatu Musawa, has signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) with SOOP Co. Ltd., a global live-streaming and digital creator platform.
The partnership, facilitated by the African International Film Festival (AFRIFF), will see SOOP launch its platform in Nigeria, with a focus on building the infrastructure for large-scale content creation.
