Job Title: Guest Service Agent
Location: Lagos

Job Responsibilities:
- Provide personalized and exceptional guest experiences with every interaction.
- Act as an ambassador for ALL – Accor’s loyalty program, engaging and assisting non-members.
- Handle guest check-ins and check-outs efficiently, ensuring accurate account management.
- Manage reservations, answer guest inquiries, and provide relevant information.
- Address guest requests and resolve complaints professionally and positively.
- Coordinate with internal departments to ensure seamless guest services, including room allocations and changes.
Qualifications & Skills:
- Previous experience in hotel front office operations is an advantage.
- A First Degree or equivalent in a related field.
- Strong customer service and communication skills, with a professional phone manner.
- Excellent interpersonal and time management skills.
- A positive, team-oriented attitude with a passion for hospitality.
- Familiarity with Opera PMS is desirable but not mandatory.
