NCAA Approves Max Air to Resume Domestic Flights

The Nigeria Civil Aviation Authority (NCAA) has given Max Air the green light to resume its domestic flight operations, according to a press statement issued by the NCAA’s Director of Public Affairs and Consumer Protection, Michael Achimugu.

During the suspension period, the NCAA conducted a comprehensive safety and economic audit of Max Air, which included a detailed inspection of the airline’s organization, procedures, personnel, and aircraft.

This audit was carried out in accordance with the Nigeria Civil Aviation Regulations 2023.

Moving forward, the NCAA has pledged to closely monitor Max Air through an enhanced surveillance program to ensure strict compliance with regulations.

The airline is set to resume operations at midnight on March 17, 2025, marking an end to the three-month suspension period.
