Colonel Hassan Stan-Labo, a short-service officer trained at the Nigerian Defence Academy (NDA) and a proud member of the 1979 Nigerian Military School (NMS) Boy set, was renowned for his strategic brilliance and invaluable contributions to national security.
His impassioned commentary and emotional investment in addressing security concerns made him a regular presence on television screens, where he fearlessly advocated for lasting solutions. A veteran with extensive combat experience in Liberia, Sierra Leone, Western Darfur, and the Bakassi Peninsula, Stan-Labo dedicated his life to serving Nigeria, even after his retirement as he spearheaded the ‘FIX NIGERIA NOW!’ initiative.
