With a mandate to invest N25 billion in economic growth initiatives, LSETF plays a pivotal role in fostering innovation and reducing unemployment across Lagos State.

Job Purpose:
To support the implementation of programs and strategic initiatives aimed at stimulating Lagos State’s tech ecosystem in alignment with LSETF’s mission.
Key Responsibilities:

Oversee the smooth operation of Lagos Innovates programs.

Manage the selection process for startup admission into LSETF initiatives.

Develop and maintain partnerships with relevant stakeholders in the startup ecosystem.

Monitor program effectiveness, identify improvement areas, and report performance metrics.

Conduct research on startup challenges and recommend actionable insights.

Ensure compliance with data protection regulations in handling sensitive information.

Perform other duties as assigned by the Head of Startups.
Qualifications & Experience:

Education: First Degree or Higher National Diploma (minimum Lower Credit) from a recognized institution.

Certification: NYSC Discharge/Exemption Certificate (mandatory).

Experience: Minimum of 2 years in a related role.

Preferred: Professional certification in a relevant field.
