The incident sparked widespread reactions on social media, with many Nigerians criticizing iShowSpeed for showing disrespect to one of Africa’s top content creators, while others questioned Peller’s management approach.
Speaking on the matter, iShowSpeed emphasized that his Africa tour was intended to spotlight African culture and uncover hidden talents.

Meanwhile, Bosa Lee explained that the issue stemmed from introducing Peller as a streamer. “Some people are saying his management did not reach out to iShowSpeed. But I had contacted them in advance, and he declined, saying he was not collaborating with streamers,” Lee said.
He added, “I think our mistake was presenting Peller as a streamer rather than highlighting other aspects of his talents.”
