The First Lady of Nigeria, Senator Oluremi Tinubu, has donated 140,000 copies of 7 different storybooks to the Federal Ministry of Education for distribution to libraries in public schools across the country.

The books were officially handed over to the Minister of Education, Dr. Tunji Alausa, at the State House, Abuja, on Thursday, July 2, 2026. The initiative is aimed at promoting reading culture, improving access to learning materials and strengthening library resources in public schools nationwide.
