Police in Zamfara State has arrested fourteen members of the Yansakai group for allegedly killing Fulani bandits.
The suspects had allegedly carried out the act under the guise of protecting lives and properties of indigenes of Zamfara state.

According to Nagogo, no amount of persuasion from any quarters would set the suspected culprits free without facing the law and the consequences of their actions.
“I have sworn that I would not compromise with anybody as far as security is concerned. One can not rubbish some people’s lives and expect to be set free,” he said.
He explained that since he became the state commissioner of police, security had become endurable to the people of the state
“I do not need anybody to tell me that security of lives and properties of the people is my paramount responsibility in the state, and I must ensure that that responsibility has been invested in.”
