About the Role

Yassir is seeking an experienced and strategic Senior Product Manager to lead the vision and development of its Super App and Last Mile Delivery (LMD) products. This role requires a strong blend of strategic thinking, customer-centric innovation, and executional excellence. The ideal candidate will be responsible for shaping the product roadmap, ensuring seamless execution, and driving impactful customer experiences.

Key Responsibilities

• Work closely with customers to understand their needs and design intuitive user journeys.
• Develop detailed user stories, translating business needs into actionable requirements for the design and engineering teams.
• Own and execute the product roadmap while balancing requirements across multiple countries and business lines.
• Contribute to Yassir’s company culture and mentor product managers to drive innovation and professional growth.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including engineering, data, and operations, to align product strategies with business objectives.
• Manage relationships with key stakeholders across different markets to ensure a cohesive product vision and implementation.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business Administration, Engineering, Computer Science, Design, or a related field.
• 3-5 years of experience as a product manager or in a similar senior-level role.
• Strong leadership abilities with a strategic and analytical mindset.
• Experience in product planning using OKRs and Agile methodologies.
• Proven project management skills, preferably with experience in remote team management.
• Previous experience in high-growth mobility, on-demand, or delivery industries is a plus.
