President Bola Ahmed Tinubu has expressed deep sorrow over the death of Chief (Mrs) Esther Olufunke Arthur-Worrey, mother of former Lagos State Attorney-General and Commissioner for Justice, Mr. Fola Arthur-Worrey, who passed away on October 29 at the age of 98.
