- Tobun says his fifth-term bid is driven by constituents’ calls and confidence in him
- He insists criticism will not distract him from delivering more projects
- The lawmaker appreciates traditional rulers, political leaders, youths, and women groups for their support
Hon. Abiodun Tobun, the representative of Epe Constituency I in the Lagos State House of Assembly, has declared that his decision to seek a fifth term in office stems from the overwhelming demand of his constituents who continue to trust his leadership.
Eko Hot Blog reports that speaking on his political journey, Tobun, who has been in the Assembly since 2011, emphasized that criticism is inevitable but should serve as motivation to do more for the people.

“Criticism is part of governance. It serves as a challenge to do more. Even God’s messengers were criticized. We will not be distracted but will remain focused and resolute in our developmental agenda for Epe community,” he said.
He assured the people that his re-election bid would not stop others from contesting, stressing that the electorate holds the power to decide through their votes.
Tobun further highlighted his interventions in education, empowerment, palliatives, and infrastructure, promising more people-focused projects.
“I am not tired of serving my people and, by God’s grace, I am ready to continue in the service of Epe community,” he affirmed.
