Almost half of Ukraine’s energy system has been disabled by Russian strikes, Ukrainian Prime Minister Denys Shmyhal told reporters Friday in Kyiv.
Eko Hot Blog reports that Shmygal said, “Just on Nov. 15, Russia fired about 100 missiles at Ukrainian cities. Almost half of our energy system has been disabled.”
