Job Description:

The successful candidate will oversee content creation, editing, and publication processes while collaborating with writers, designers, and other team members to maintain high editorial standards and engaging content.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop, plan, and manage magazine content to align with brand objectives.
• Edit and proofread articles for clarity, accuracy, and consistency.
• Work with writers, photographers, and graphic designers to produce compelling editorial content.
• Conduct research and stay updated on industry trends to enhance the magazine’s relevance.
• Oversee publication schedules and ensure timely releases.
• Craft engaging headlines and maintain the magazine’s tone and style.
• Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to boost audience engagement and readership.

Requirements:

• Master’s Degree in a relevant field.
• 2 – 3 years of experience in editorial roles within publishing, media, or related industries.
• Strong writing, editing, and proofreading skills.
• Excellent communication and leadership abilities.
• Proficiency in content management systems and publishing tools.
• Ability to manage multiple projects under tight deadlines.
• Proximity to Omole Phase 1, Lagos Mainland, is essential.

Salary:

₦120,000 – ₦180,000 Monthly.
