Job Title: Quality Assurance Engineer
Location: Yaba, Lagos

Job Description
- We need a dynamic, creative, flexible, and experienced team members with a passion for everything technology and a commitment to add their quota to the success of our vision.
Duties
- Develop and execute exploratory and automated tests to ensure product quality
- Create detailed, comprehensive, and well-structured test plans and test cases
- Monitor debugging process results
- Perform thorough regression testing when bugs are resolved
- Test current products and identify deficiencies
- Track quality assurance metrics, like defect densities and open defect counts.
- Develop and monitor performance metrics for all stages of the production process
- Liaise with internal teams (e.g. developers and product managers) to identify system requirements and ensure consistent project execution.
- Plan, create, and manage the overall quality planning strategy
- Identify quality assurance process bottlenecks and suggest actions for improvement
- Stay up-to-date with new testing tools and test strategies.
Qualifications
- 3+ years experience as QA software engineer.
- Familiar with native android and ios development frameworks
- Strong knowledge of software QA methodologies, tools, and processes.
- Experience in writing clear, concise, and comprehensive test plans and test cases
- Hands-on experience with both white box and black-box testing, hands-on experience with automated testing tools
- Solid knowledge of SQL and scripting
- Experience working in an Agile / Scrum development process
- Experience with performance and/or security testing
- Have a sense of ownership and pride in your performance and its impact on the company’s success
- Critical thinker and problem-solving skills
- A good team player
- Good time-management skills
- Can take the initiative and adapt to a fast-paced work environment
- Dev ops & UI/UX skills is an added advantage
Skills:
- Solid knowledge of SQL and scripting
- Dev Ops & UI/UX
- Strong coding
- Design & analytic skills.
