We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: Reconciliation Officer

Location: Oregun – Ikeja, Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time

Overview

• The Reconciliation Officer will efficiently measure and manage the transactions received to the company by their customers.
• The ideal candidate for this position must be willing to work as part of a dynamic team.

Job Description

• Reconciling payments to ensure the accounting system reflects the correct transactions
• General ledger reconciliations
• Account reconciliations such as bank, inventory control, clearing, billings etc.
• Performing daily financial transactions such as verifying, calculating and posting accounts receivable data.

Skills and Requirements

• Minimum of B.Sc in Accounting, Finance or similar field.
• Minimum of 1 year relevant work experience.
• Experience reconciling accounting figures and financial records
• Ability to identify errors and pay attention to details
• Appropriate handling of sensitive information
• Ability to work on deadlines
• Highly proficient in attention to details
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Strong client relationship management and customer service skills
• Team player with the ability to work with multiple parties
• Intermediate to advanced computer software skills, including Excel and Accounting packages.
