Hon. Wale Raji, Member of the House of Representatives representing Epe Federal Constituency, has commended the people of Epe for their consistent support of the All Progressives Congress (APC), declaring the party as the unrivaled political force in the division.
Ekohotblog reports that speaking during the official flag-off and stakeholders’ meeting organized by the Executive Chairman of Epe Local Government, Princess (Hon.) Surah Olayemi Animashaun (FHTI), Raji described the event as a moment to assess performance and strengthen collaboration ahead of the July 12 local government elections.

“We want to thank the good people of Epe for making our party, APC, the party of choice. The truth is that in the whole of the Epe division, there is no other party other than APC, and we are grateful for it,” he said.
The meeting, held at the Council Chamber on Monday, aimed to update residents on community projects, address key issues affecting the area, and foster collaboration among stakeholders.
“This is a clarion call on every one of us to do more. It’s not just a meeting, it’s an account of stewardship by the chairman and executives. We will also replicate this in other LCDAs under Epe Local Government,” Raji added.
Executive Chairman Surah Animashaun used the opportunity to reaffirm her administration’s dedication to service delivery, transparency, and inclusive governance.
“This gathering is not only about politics, it is about development. We are here to update our people, listen to them, and collaborate for a better Epe,” she said.
“The road projects, health programs, and educational interventions are only the beginning. We will continue to serve with integrity and dedication.”
The event also served as a prelude to the upcoming APC mega rally scheduled for June 28.

“We are going to have our better rally on the 28th, and you are all invited,” Raji announced, urging massive turnout.
With active participation from party leaders, traditional rulers, women, and youth groups, the stakeholders’ meeting reinforced the APC’s grassroots influence and commitment to a peaceful and impactful electoral process.
