Job Description
The Content & Social Media Manager will develop and execute a content strategy aligned with business objectives, ensuring a consistent brand voice across all digital platforms. Key responsibilities include:

Creating and managing engaging content for social media and digital platforms.

Running and optimizing paid ad campaigns to drive reach and engagement.

Monitoring and responding to user comments, inquiries, and feedback.

Overseeing the Customer Service Desk to enhance customer interactions.
Requirements

BSc/HND in a relevant field with at least 2 years of experience in a similar role.

Must reside within Ikeja and its environs.

Strong writing, editing, and proofreading skills.

Proficiency in content management systems (CMS) and major social media platforms.

Ability to maintain a consistent brand voice across multiple channels.

Up-to-date knowledge of industry trends and digital marketing tools.
