Job Title: Content Writer
Location: Lekki Phase 1, Lagos
Work Schedule: Two days per week
Salary: ₦10,000 – ₦15,000 per day

Job Summary:
The ideal candidate will be responsible for crafting engaging, informative, and value-driven content that reflects Mactay’s brand voice. You will work closely with the marketing team and consultants to develop and execute strategies that enhance brand communication and client engagement.

Key Responsibilities:

Write and edit blog posts, case studies, whitepapers, newsletters, and social media content
Develop and align content strategies with marketing goals
Collaborate with HR experts and marketing personnel to generate quality material
Support marketing campaigns with strong content concepts
Create content that promotes brand visibility and audience engagement
Ensure consistent messaging across platforms
Conduct relevant research to enhance content quality
Maintain strong relationships with stakeholders and decision-makers
Work with the Managing Director to build strategic initiatives

Requirements:

Minimum of 2 years’ experience in content writing
Bachelor’s degree in English, Communications, Marketing, or related field
Solid understanding of SEO and CMS tools
Excellent grammar, writing, and editing skills
Strong interpersonal, leadership, and multitasking abilities
Proficiency in social media content promotion
