Job Description

The Content & Social Media Manager will develop and execute a content strategy aligned with business objectives, ensuring a consistent brand voice across all digital platforms. Key responsibilities include:

• Creating and managing engaging content for social media and digital platforms.

• Running and optimizing paid ad campaigns to drive reach and engagement.

• Monitoring and responding to user comments, inquiries, and feedback.

• Overseeing the Customer Service Desk to enhance customer interactions.

Requirements

• BSc/HND in a relevant field with at least 2 years of experience in a similar role.

• Must reside within Ikeja and its environs.

• Strong writing, editing, and proofreading skills.

• Proficiency in content management systems (CMS) and major social media platforms.

• Ability to maintain a consistent brand voice across multiple channels.

• Up-to-date knowledge of industry trends and digital marketing tools.

Salary

• ₦150,000 – ₦170,000 monthly
