Volodymyr Zelenskyy has indicated that Ukraine is open to a fresh round of peace negotiations with Russia, potentially to be hosted in Azerbaijan.
Speaking alongside Ilham Aliyev, Eko Hot Blog reports that Zelenskyy said discussions included ongoing diplomatic efforts to end the conflict, stressing that progress now depends on Moscow’s willingness to engage constructively.

He noted that Kyiv supports the involvement of international partners in facilitating dialogue and confirmed readiness for a trilateral meeting format, similar to previous engagements held in Turkey and Switzerland.

Diplomatic momentum has also slowed in recent weeks, partly due to shifting global attention toward tensions in the Middle East.
Ukraine’s Foreign Minister, Andrii Sybiha, recently suggested that Zelenskyy is willing to meet directly with Vladimir Putin, provided leaders from the United States and Turkey are also involved.
Earlier, Recep Tayyip Erdoğan had offered to host another round of negotiations, reaffirming Ankara’s role as a potential mediator in the conflict.
