EKO HOT BLOG reports that the programme, launched by the Ministry of Youth Development in partnership with Investonaire Academy, is designed to equip young Nigerians with practical skills to navigate today’s complex financial environment.
According to a statement issued in Abuja by the Director of Information and Public Relations at the ministry, Mrs. Omolara Esan, the training will provide participants with access to a robust learning platform covering global asset classes, including commodities, gold, equities, and foreign exchange.
Esan noted that the programme reflects the government’s commitment to empowering youths with knowledge that will improve employability, support entrepreneurship, and drive sustainable wealth creation across the country.
“Through this collaboration, participants would benefit from a comprehensive and practical learning platform that covers not only asset classes but also risk management, portfolio development, and wealth-building strategies. Graduates of the programme will receive an industry-recognized certificate, supporting career advancement and entrepreneurial growth,” she explained.
The ministry added that the training would be delivered through a blended model, combining online modules with gamified learning, quizzes, simulations, and real-world trading scenarios. Physical sessions are also scheduled to begin in Abuja, with plans for nationwide expansion.

Esan stressed that the programme is open to all Nigerian youths, including students, National Youth Service Corps (NYSC) members, entrepreneurs, job seekers, and young professionals across the 36 states and the Federal Capital Territory.
Registration, which is free of charge, has already commenced through the official portal www.investonaire.org.
