In a significant show of alignment, the group also appointed the Minister of State for Defence, Bello Matawalle, as its Grand Patron, citing his contributions to national security and youth empowerment across the North.
Speaking at the event, the National Coordinator of the Northern Ambassadors for Renewed Hope, Comrade Usman Musa, commended President Tinubu’s leadership style, describing him as a visionary leader with a deep commitment to Nigeria’s progress.
“President Tinubu has shown remarkable vision in steering Nigeria toward prosperity. His policies are bold and inclusive, ensuring that every region, especially the North, feels the impact of his governance,” Musa said.
He noted that the president’s reforms in agriculture, infrastructure, and education have brought tangible improvements to the region.

“The North is witnessing unprecedented attention. Farmers are receiving support, schools are being revitalized, and our roads are improving. These are not mere promises but visible realities,” he added.
Musa also lauded Tinubu’s efforts to unite Nigeria across ethnic and regional lines, describing him as a leader “who governs with fairness and ensures that every Nigerian has a stake in the nation’s progress.”
Reaffirming the coalition’s commitment, Musa said the group has “unshakable confidence” in Tinubu’s ability to lead Nigeria into a prosperous future.
“His economic reforms are stabilising our currency, attracting investments, and creating opportunities for our people. We proudly pledge our full support for his re-election in 2027,” he declared.
On the appointment of Bello Matawalle as Grand Patron, Musa said the decision was a recognition of his impactful leadership and dedication to improving security in the region.
“He is a leader who understands the pulse of the North. His efforts in reforming the defence sector, improving troop welfare, and equipping our forces have significantly weakened the grip of bandits and insurgents,” Musa stated.
He praised Matawalle’s hands-on approach to governance and his continued engagement with communities across the North.
“Matawalle is not a distant leader. He listens to the people, works with traditional and religious leaders, and ensures that our youth are not left behind. His skills acquisition and entrepreneurship programs are giving hope to thousands of young northerners,” he added.
The coalition emphasised that the synergy between Tinubu and Matawalle represents a strong partnership for national progress.
“President Tinubu and Minister Matawalle are a formidable team. Their combined efforts in governance and security are setting Nigeria on a path to greatness,” Musa said.
He urged Nigerians to unite behind Tinubu’s vision and continue supporting policies that drive national stability, inclusive growth, and development.
