Eredo Local Council Development Area (LCDA), under the leadership of Hon. Ismail Monsuru Akinloye, has been honored with the prestigious Award of Outstanding Performance by the Association of Local Government Internal Auditors in Lagos State (ALGIALS).

The recognition was presented at a ceremony held in Lagos, where ALGIALS applauded the administration’s commitment to accountability, prudent financial management, and impactful community projects.
The award is seen as a testament to the LCDA’s dedication to good governance and its effective use of resources to improve the lives of residents.
In his acceptance speech, Hon. Ismail Monsuru Akinloye expressed his gratitude to ALGIALS for the acknowledgment, emphasizing the importance of transparent governance.
“This award is not just a recognition of our efforts but a challenge to continue striving for excellence.
We are committed to maintaining accountability and ensuring that every resource is judiciously used for the betterment of Eredo LCDA,” he said.

Speaking on the reason for the award, the President of ALGIALS, commended Eredo LCDA’s leadership for its exemplary financial management and transparent governance model.
