Job Title: Experienced Account Officer

Job Responsibilities:
- Journal Entries: Record and process journal entries for accurate financial transactions.
- Accounts Receivable: Update and manage receivables, issuing invoices to clients.
- Accounts Payable: Reconcile and update payable accounts to ensure financial accuracy.
- Financial Statements: Assist in preparing balance sheets, income statements, and financial reports.
- Expense Review: Verify payroll records and expenses for compliance.
- Data Management: Maintain financial records in databases for accuracy.
- Reporting: Prepare and submit financial reports to management.
- Month-End Closings: Assist senior accountants with monthly and annual financial closings.
- Special Projects: Support additional accounting tasks as assigned.
Job Requirements:
- Education: HND or Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or related field.
- Professional Certification: ACA, ACCA, or CIMA certification required.
- Experience: Minimum of 5 years in accounting, preferably in a similar industry.
- Technical Skills:
- Proficiency in SAP, Oracle, or QuickBooks.
- Strong understanding of tax laws and financial regulations.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Key Competencies:
- Attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
- Ability to work independently and in a team.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Additional Qualifications:
- Financial planning and budgeting expertise.
- Experience in financial analysis and reporting.

Salary:
N120,000 – N150,000 Monthly
