Felix, along with his business Slenzy Ventures, is facing an 11-count charge that includes obtaining money under false pretences, theft, forgery, possession of fraudulent documents, and related offences.
The EFCC claims that Felix was found in possession of several fraudulent documents, including a forged Florida driver’s license with the name “Vojtisek Adriena,” allegedly used to deceive victims.

Despite pleading not guilty to all charges, Felix has been remanded in custody. The prosecution has requested a trial date, while the defence counsel, Michael Nwigbo, notified the court of a bail application and asked for a short adjournment for its hearing.
Presiding Judge, Justice Mojisola Dada, subsequently ordered that Felix be remanded and adjourned the matter until June 17 for trial.
