The Treasurer of the National Youth Council of Nigeria (NYCN), Lagos State Chapter, and Youth Ambassador from Epe Division, has extended heartfeltc ongratulations to Prof. Morufudeen Adeniyi Shittu on his recent elevation to the rank of Professor of Arabic Language Education at the College of Language and Communication Arts Education (COLCAED), Lagos State University of Education (LASUED).
Ekohotblog reports that in a statement personally signed on behalf of himself and his family, the youth leader described Prof. Shittu’s promotion as “a well-deserved academic milestone and a shared victory for the entire LASUED community, Epe Division, and Lagos State.”

He noted that Prof. Shittu’s academic journey has been one of commitment, excellence, and cultural significance, especially in a time when society yearns for intellectual and moral leadership.
“As a true son of the soil, rooted in both Epe and Ibeju-Lekki, your elevation brings pride to our people and serves as a beacon of academic excellence and cultural relevance,” he added.
Describing Prof. Shittu as a resilient scholar and a symbol of hope for the youth, he highlighted the professor’s contribution to the field of Arabic Language Education and the wider academic community.
“Your journey reflects resilience, scholarship, and unwavering dedication to the growth of education, particularly in the field of Arabic Language Education,” he said.
