EKO HOT BLOG reports that Osimhen is reportedly pushing for a permanent exit from Napoli this summer, citing his unwillingness to play under new manager Antonio Conte. While Napoli are keen to retain the Nigerian forward—who previously enjoyed a successful loan spell at Galatasaray—the 26-year-old appears determined to return to the Turkish giants.
Reports suggest Galatasaray are offering Osimhen a lucrative contract worth around €16 million per season. However, Napoli have rejected the offer, leaving Osimhen in limbo with just weeks to the start of the new season.
Amid the uncertainty, Manchester United were rumoured to be interested in signing the prolific striker to address their attacking struggles. But Romano, speaking on his YouTube channel, dismissed those claims, stating that the English club have not entered the race—primarily due to financial concerns.
“Many are asking if Manchester United can hijack this deal,” Romano said. “I’m not aware of any contact. It’s not just the €75 million fee, but also the salary demand. Osimhen currently earns €12 million net at Napoli, and Galatasaray are offering €16 million. That’s far beyond United’s wage structure.”

Osimhen’s next move remains uncertain, as he has yet to report for Napoli’s pre-season training despite being formally invited. With no official bids on the table, the striker’s future hangs in the balance.
