Veteran actor Gideon Okeke has called out fellow Nollywood star Jim Iyke over what many have described as an inappropriate birthday tribute to actress Kate Henshaw.
Eko Hot Blog reports that Jim Iyke shocked fans over the weekend with an emotional Instagram post that included personal and S3xual revelations about his past with Henshaw.

In the post, Jim praised Kate for her kindness during his early career, recounting how she supported him financially and professionally.
However, things took a controversial turn when he wrote, “You knew all that time I wanted to hit that,” suggesting S3xual interest during their early friendship.
He continued by admitting that when something finally happened between them, he was too “wild and restless” to manage it properly.
Gideon Okeke responded strongly, posting on Instagram: “It’s the narcissistic effrontery for me. Small boy,” taking direct aim at Jim’s tone and intention.
His comment has drawn widespread attention, with fans split between support for Gideon’s stance and defence of Jim’s honesty.

Some critics believe the post reduced Kate’s dignity by focusing on a past S3xual encounter instead of celebrating her as a person.
Others defended Jim, claiming his transparency reflected emotional growth and real-life vulnerability.
As of now, Kate Henshaw has not addressed the drama, staying silent as reactions continue to pour in online.
Jim Iyke, too, has remained quiet and kept the post up on his page, despite the backlash.
The incident has reignited conversations around public decorum and how far celebrities should go in sharing personal stories.
Many argue that moments meant to honour should not cross into S3xual territory, especially when the subject has not consented publicly.
Others feel that in an age of transparency, stars should be allowed to speak their truths — no matter how raw.
