The Executive Chairman of Ikosi-Ejinrin LCDA, Hon. Akogun Wale Raji Anomo, has joined leaders across the world to mark this year’s International Youth Day, describing young people as the “true architects of a brighter future.”

Eko Hot Blog reports that In his goodwill message, Hon. Anomo noted that the development of any community or nation rests largely on the shoulders of its youth.
He reaffirmed the council’s commitment to creating opportunities, platforms, and enabling environments where young people can thrive, innovate, and lead.
“Youth is the canvas upon which the masterpiece of tomorrow is painted,” the chairman stated. “Your dreams matter, your voice counts, and your contributions are invaluable.
Stay focused, stay productive, and continue to be ambassadors of peace, unity, and progress.”
Hon. Anomo highlighted ongoing and planned investments by the council in education, skills acquisition, empowerment initiatives, and digital literacy to ensure that youths are well-equipped to meet the demands of the future.
“As a Council, we will continue to equip our youths with the tools they need to compete globally and contribute meaningfully to society,” he added, while praying for Almighty God to bless the youth and grant them strength to fulfil their potential.
