The Alara of Ilara Kingdom, His Royal Majesty, Oba Alayeluwa Dr. Olufolarin Olukayode Ogunsanwo, Telade IV, celebrated his fifth coronation anniversary on Saturday with glowing tributes from dignitaries across Lagos State.
Eko Hot Blog reports that among those who honoured the milestone was Aarebirin Hon. Princess Folashade Olabanji-Oba, the immediate past Vice Chairman of Ikorodu Local Government and the Global Director General of the Asiwaju Distinguished Ambassadors Movement.

In her goodwill message, Princess Olabanji-Oba extolled the monarch’s leadership and achievements, describing him as a visionary and progressive ruler.
“Today we celebrate a distinguished and visionary King whose reign has been marked by wisdom, progress, and dedication to his people,” she said.
She noted that since ascending the throne in 2020 as the 55th Alara of Ilara, Oba Ogunsanwo has blended global exposure with cultural pride, while driving meaningful growth in infrastructure, education, youth empowerment, and cultural preservation.
“His Majesty has combined deep knowledge and global exposure with cultural pride to bring meaningful development to Ilara and beyond,” she added.

Princess Olabanji-Oba also offered prayers for the monarch, wishing him strength, longevity, and greater accomplishments in service to his people.
“Kabiyesi’s reign has been nothing short of impactful. We ask God to grant him more years of good health and greater accomplishments for the benefit of his people,” she said.
