Speaking during the empowerment, she said, “If I, a woman, can attain the position of Executive Chairman, and being the first female Executive Chairman in the whole of Epe Division, you too can do better.
My achievement is a testament to the fact that being a girl child doesn’t limit you in life, but with focus, determination, dedication, hard work and perseverance, you can achieve all your aspiration.”
Addressing the youths, Dr. Animashaun appreciated their cordial relationship with her administration and urged constructive rather than destructive criticism, especially on social media.

She added, “We operate an open-door policy in this Local Government, therefore, you are free to walk into my office, lodge your complaint or submit a proposal on whatever you think should be done that is not yet considered.
And I can assure you, we will immediately get it done, if truly it is good for the betterment of the people of Epe and our development.”
The event was attended by the All Progressives Congress (APC) State Youth Leader, Dr. Seriki Muritala Ishola, alongside senior government aides including Hon. Tobi and Hon. Giwa Moore. Dr. Seriki commended the Chairman for her outstanding engagement with the youth.
