The highly anticipated third edition of Roadblock’s flagship festival, Saints & Sinners III: RISE, is set to electrify Lagos on December 19 at the Balmoral Centre, Ikeja Sheraton, with top acts such as SPINALL, DJ Neptune, and YK Mule headlining the event.
