President Bola Tinubu has reaffirmed his administration’s resolve to stamp out terrorism and banditry in Northern Nigeria, declaring that no part of the country will be left to “bleed” under his watch.
Eko Hot Blog reports that Tinubu made the commitment on Saturday at the 25th anniversary celebration of the Arewa Consultative Forum in Kaduna.

He was represented by the Speaker of the House of Representatives, Tajudeen Abbas.
The President acknowledged that he inherited a challenging security landscape but insisted that his government remains focused on restoring peace and stability across the North.

Tinubu also expressed optimism about reviving the region’s economy, highlighting the expected commencement of crude oil production from the Kolmani fields and other emerging opportunities that could stimulate development.
“I won’t allow Northern Nigeria to continue to bleed. I will tame the insecurity menace,” he said.
