The Peoples Democratic Party has formally issued expulsion certificates to several high-profile members, including FCT Minister Nyesom Wike, former Ekiti State Governor Ayo Fayose, and former National Secretary Samuel Anyanwu, following their earlier removal for alleged anti-party conduct.
Eko Hot Blog reports that other affected members include former National Organising Secretary Umar Bature, ex-National Legal Adviser Kamaldeen Ajibade, former lawmaker Mao Ohuabunwa, factional BOT chair Dan Orbih, Imo PDP Chairman Austine Nwachukwu, Abia PDP Chairman Amah Nnanna, and South-South Zonal Secretary Turnah George.

Speaking after a lengthy National Working Committee meeting in Abuja, PDP National Chairman Tanimu Turaki explained that the certificate enables the expelled politicians to freely register elsewhere without raising concerns about dual membership.
