The Minister of Defence, General Christopher Musa (rtd), has indicated that he is likely to formally join the ruling All Progressives Congress (APC), Eko Hot Blog reports.
Speaking during an interview on ‘Sunday Politics’, a programme on Channels Television, General Musa described himself as being in a political transition, signalling his readiness to enter active politics.

He expressed gratitude to the APC for providing the platform that allowed him to serve first as Chief of Defence Staff (CDS) and now as Minister of Defence, and reaffirmed his intention to support the party.
“I’ve not transitioned yet. I’m in transition. I think I’ll become a politician, a member of the APC, definitely,” he said.
General Musa also pledged his full support to President Bola Tinubu, stating: “Mr President needs all support, totally,” emphasising his commitment to backing the administration in every possible way.
