- APC South-East Leaders Vow to Deliver Electoral Victories for Tinubu

The South-East chapter of the All Progressives Congress has declared its readiness to mobilise support for the re-election of Bola Tinubu in the next presidential election.
Eko Hot Blog reports that the position was contained in a communiqué issued at the end of the APC South-East Zonal Expanded Executive Meeting and made available to journalists in Abuja on Sunday.

The meeting was presided over by the party’s National Vice Chairman (South-East), Ijeomah Arodiogbu, and attended by newly elected party chairmen from Abia State, Anambra State, Ebonyi State, Enugu State and Imo State, as well as members of the zonal executive committee.
According to Arodiogbu, the meeting reviewed issues affecting the unity, growth and electoral prospects of the party in the South-East geopolitical zone, particularly as political actors begin early alignments ahead of future elections.
“The South-East Zonal Executive Committee reaffirms its total and unwavering support for the re-election of His Excellency, President Bola Tinubu, as President of the Federal Republic of Nigeria in the forthcoming presidential election,” he said.
The committee also expressed support for APC governors in the region and other elected officials of the party at federal, state and local government levels.
“The committee equally reiterates its full and unalloyed support for all APC governors in the South-East zone, as well as all elected representatives and officials of the party at federal, state and local levels,” the communiqué stated.
As part of its resolutions, the zonal leadership urged members across the five South-East states to work together to strengthen the party’s chances in future elections.
It also emphasised the need for stronger internal cohesion within the party to expand membership and improve electoral performance in the region.
“The meeting resolved that party members and leaders across the South-East zone shall work in unity and with a shared commitment to deliver comprehensive electoral victories for the APC in the presidential, National Assembly, governorship and State House of Assembly elections throughout the zone,” Arodiogbu added.
He further called on party members to sustain their support for the Renewed Hope Agenda of President Tinubu while working toward achieving the party’s broader political objectives.
