The footage, which surfaced online on Sunday, depicts heavily armed insurgents firing indiscriminately and setting military facilities ablaze in Mainok, Jakana, Marte, and Konduga.
In a show of strength, the terrorists displayed a large inventory of captured equipment, including military gun trucks, motorcycles, and a massive cache of ammunition.

Casualty reports from the frontlines are sobering. Sources within the military have confirmed the recovery of over 40 bodies of fallen soldiers.
Among the high-ranking officers lost in the line of duty was Lieutenant Colonel S.I. Iliyasu, the Commanding Officer of the 222 Battalion, who was reportedly killed during the fierce battle in Konduga.
Many other personnel remain missing as search and rescue operations continue in the surrounding bushes.
The Chief of Army Staff, Lieutenant General Waidi Shaibu, arrived in Maiduguri, the Borno State capital, on Saturday morning.
