The lawmaker representing Epe Federal Constituency in the House of Representatives, Wale Raji, has congratulated Nosirudeen Olajide Onibon on his appointment as the Rector of Bola Ahmed Tinubu Federal Polytechnic, Abuja.

Eko Hot Blog reports that Onibon’s appointment was recently approved by the President of the Federal Republic of Nigeria, Bola Ahmed Tinubu, a development Raji described as a well-deserved recognition of the academic’s competence, experience and commitment to educational advancement.
In a congratulatory message, the federal lawmaker expressed gratitude to God and joined well-wishers, colleagues and members of the academic community in celebrating the milestone.
“This well-deserved appointment is a remarkable recognition of the calibre, competence and exemplary leadership of Professor Nosirudeen Olajide Onibon. Truly, this is a case of putting round pegs in round holes.”
Raji noted that Onibon’s impressive academic and administrative record has consistently demonstrated his capacity for leadership and institutional development.
He highlighted the professor’s past contributions to the education sector, including his role as Deputy Vice-Chancellor at Lagos State University of Education and his earlier leadership as Provost of Michael Otedola College of Primary Education.
