- JAMB Delists 23 CBT Centres, Warns 89 After Mock UTME Review
- 89 centres warned to improve before main UTME

The Joint Admissions and Matriculation Board has delisted 23 Computer Based Test centres and issued warnings to 89 others following a review of the 2026 Mock Unified Tertiary Matriculation Examination.
The development was announced on Friday, April 10, 2026, in a statement by the board’s spokesperson, Fabian Benjamin.

EKO HOT BLOG reports that JAMB said the mock examination, designed to familiarise candidates with the computer based testing system, also served as an assessment tool to evaluate the readiness and performance of accredited centres.
According to the board, the exercise revealed that several centres failed to meet required technical and operational standards, prompting immediate regulatory action.
The board stated that the affected centres were delisted due to poor performance, while others were issued warnings and directed to improve ahead of the main Unified Tertiary Matriculation Examination.
It added that the move is part of ongoing efforts to maintain the integrity of the examination process and ensure that only fully compliant centres participate in the UTME.
Among the delisted centres are Micben Seat of Wisdom Academy ICT Hall in Ukwa West, Abia State; Bishop Crowther Seminary CBT Centre in Awka and The Oracle Lens in Nnokwa, both in Anambra State; Derby’s Young ICT Centre in Yenagoa, Bayelsa State; Avid ICT Solutions in Asaba, Brightfield School CBT Centre in Ekpan, and Conarina Maritime Academy in Abraka, all in Delta State.
Others include Daniet Global Resources and Moses and Grace College of Health Sciences CBT Centre in Benin City, Edo State; De Lite CBT Centre in Maitama and Zulqud Consult Centre in Lugbe, Abuja.
In Lagos State, the affected centres include Florin High School in Ejigbo, Folbob CBT Centre in Lakowe, Great Kezino College in Ikorodu, Obans CBT Centre in Elepe, and Teesas Learning and CBT Centre along the Lekki Expressway.
Also listed are Braingate Model Schools in Ijoko and Greenhills Academy in Itele, Ogun State; Oduduwa University CBT Centre in Ile Ife, Osun State; Lasting Glory Schools, Nesam International School, and SAF Polytechnic CBT centres in Oyo State; as well as Rabjib Computer Academy in Jos, Plateau State.

In addition to the delisting, JAMB announced that Ha Shem Academy CBT Centre in Yaba, Lagos, has been permanently banned and will no longer participate in any of the board’s examinations.
