According to the statement, the coordinated industrial action represents a firm resolve by Nigerian teachers to safeguard their own lives rather than passively waiting to be targeted by armed groups.
The labor center emphasized that the ongoing strike must serve as a sharp, unavoidable wake-up call to federal, state, and local governments to finally confront the booming kidnapping enterprise disrupting national stability.
