He explained that these funds give the FCT Administration the structural financial capacity to continuously construct durable roadways. Vice President Kashim Shettima represented the President at the high-profile ceremony.
The freshly commissioned road forms a vital transport corridor linking Life Camp Junction directly to Ring Road III.
The President recalled that during the commissioning of an earlier section of the road in 2025, his administration made a solemn pledge not to leave the strategic transit artery half-done.
He stated that the successful completion of the Dape District section serves as clear evidence that the Renewed Hope Agenda rejects the culture of abandoned projects.
Tinubu noted that the road project, which was awarded in October 2024, was delivered entirely on schedule.

It will seamlessly connect growing residential communities like Karmo, Gwarinpa, Kado, Mbora, and Dape, while opening up a smooth gateway to the bustling Idu Industrial District to generate employment opportunities.
During the event, President Tinubu highly commended FCT Minister Nyesom Wike for his relentless executive drive.
He noted that the federal government funds massive public works specifically to see physical results, rather than to listen to political grammar.
Wike, in his opening address, revealed that the sheer volume of infrastructural development in Abuja has scaled up exponentially.
He noted that while the administration celebrated its first anniversary with nine days of project commissionings and its second year with 19 days, the third anniversary features a record-breaking 31-day marathon of project inaugurations.
The FCT Minister also firmly dismissed complaints and controversies surrounding compensation packages for properties affected by right-of-way demolitions.
Wike maintained that the administration ensured every single eligible property owner received their legitimate financial payouts.
He concluded by stating that infrastructural expansion is no longer limited to elite central districts.
Satellite towns are witnessing heavily increased government presence, with a lineup of upcoming road and clean water projects set to be unveiled across Kwali, Karu, and Kubwa in the coming weeks.
