The Federal Government has brought a 10-count charge against three men over their alleged involvement in the abduction of pupils and teachers from a school in Oriire Local Government Area of Oyo State.
Eko Hot Blog gathered that the suspects — Abdulrazak Umar, Yunusa Musa and Shamsu Adamu Sani — are facing charges bordering on terrorism, kidnapping, concealment of information, incitement and illegal mining.

The case was filed before the Federal High Court in Abuja on Friday.
According to the charge sheet, Umar, also known as Abu Khalifa or Abu Khalid, Musa, also called Yunusa bin Musa, and Sani, known as Abu Itisar, are all natives of Suleja Local Government Area of Niger State.

The prosecution alleged that between January and May, the defendants conspired with three other suspects identified as Muhammad Sani, Jibril Mohammed and Ibrahim Khabab to orchestrate the kidnapping of schoolchildren and teachers in Oyo State.
The Federal Government further accused the defendants of assisting in the abduction and deliberately concealing information about the identities and activities of the alleged masterminds, despite having prior knowledge of the operation.
The prosecution maintained that the alleged offences violate Section 26(1) of the Terrorism (Prevention and Prohibition) Act, 2022.
