Member representing Epe Federal Constituency in the House of Representatives, Wale Raji, has expressed appreciation to residents for their continued support of the All Progressives Congress (APC), pledging to deliver more developmental projects across the constituency.
Eko Hot Blog reports that Raji spoke at the grand finale of the 2026 Epe Kayokayo Festival, held at the Epe Marina Waterfront, where thousands of residents, traditional rulers, political leaders and visitors gathered to celebrate the annual cultural and religious festival.

He described the occasion as an opportunity to thank Almighty Allah for preserving the lives of residents to witness another edition of the historic celebration, noting that the festival continues to unite the people of Epe and promote their rich cultural heritage.

The lawmaker said the 2026 celebration was particularly significant, adding that the past year had brought fresh opportunities and renewed hope for the constituency.
Raji thanked the people of Epe Federal Constituency for their unwavering support since he began his political journey in 2015, saying their confidence had inspired him to remain committed to quality representation.
He also congratulated President Bola Tinubu on securing the APC presidential ticket for the 2027 general election and for retaining Vice President Kashim Shettima as his running mate. He equally congratulated Lagos State APC governorship candidate, Dr. Femi Hamzat, and other party candidates who emerged through the party’s nomination process.
The federal lawmaker expressed gratitude to APC members for endorsing him to seek a fourth consecutive term in the House of Representatives, describing the endorsement as a challenge to deliver even more democratic dividends.

Highlighting projects facilitated during his tenure, Raji said seven new schools had been established in underserved communities, about 80 classrooms equipped with furniture had been provided, and approximately 840 market stalls had been constructed and allocated free of charge to traders across the constituency.
He added that several road projects had also been completed while assuring residents that more empowerment programmes, including food support initiatives, would be rolled out within the next two months to cushion economic hardship.
Raji reaffirmed his commitment to attracting more development projects to Epe Federal Constituency and urged residents to continue supporting the APC ahead of the 2027 general elections.
He concluded by thanking traditional rulers, party leaders and the people of Epe for their loyalty and confidence, expressing optimism that greater progress lies ahead for the constituency.
