Designed as a multidisciplinary creative space, Spotlight also features rotating art exhibitions, immersive installations, private screenings, cultural discussions, masterclasses, listening parties and curated collaborations with brands and creators.
Chief Executive Officer of Spotlight, Adu Olubi, popularly known as Rizzule, described the hub as a space where creativity, excellence and innovation thrive.

According to him, Spotlight was created to provide a secure environment where creatives can connect, collaborate and develop their ideas while maintaining privacy and professionalism.
He explained that membership goes beyond access to facilities, describing it as joining a community of entrepreneurs, artists and industry leaders committed to creativity, impact and excellence.
The facility also houses a fully equipped music studio designed for recording, podcasting, music production, voice overs and other creative projects, catering to both emerging and established talents.
Beyond creative work, the hub offers wellness programmes, therapy pop ups and mental health initiatives aimed at promoting emotional well being and work life balance among members.
Rizzule said Spotlight would host seasonal social events, curated music experiences and cultural gatherings while maintaining a members first approach that prioritises privacy, safety and meaningful engagement.
Also partnering on the project is Us & Friends, a non profit organisation founded in 2022 by Hadja Yebhe to empower young people through creativity, education, entrepreneurship, mentorship and mental wellness.
One of its flagship initiatives, Healing Through Music & Self Expression, is organised in collaboration with Rizzule Nation and combines music, storytelling, wellness workshops and professional mental health support to encourage healing through creative expression.
