Davido boasted that no contemporary Nigerian artiste could match his decade-long catalogue of commercially successful records, offering to stake $1 million in cash against any colleague willing to test their hits head-to-head.
Responding to the multi-million naira challenge in a viral video broadcast, Portable expressed full confidence in his musical discography, insisting that his output, spanning personal singles and major featured tracks, contains more hit songs than Davido’s body of work.

“I am here to challenge Davido, say I get hit songs pass am. My featuring, my single was a hit. I get hit pass Davido,” Portable asserted.
The self-styled “Zazoo” star acknowledged the contributions of prominent industry figures who helped solidify his presence in mainstream music through high-profile collaborations.
