The organisers said the conference would focus on challenges affecting Africa’s healthcare systems beyond clinical practice, with particular attention to leadership, institutional management, governance, health economics and sustainable healthcare development.
Expected participants include chief medical directors, hospital executives, policymakers, healthcare professionals, investors and other key stakeholders across the health sector.
Key areas of discussion will include healthcare governance, digital transformation, artificial intelligence, healthcare financing models and operational efficiency.
The organisers said the initiative is built around four key pillars: leadership excellence, entrepreneurship, management capacity and sustainable system development.

They added that the conference would build on previous regional training programmes while creating opportunities for stronger cross-border collaboration among healthcare institutions and professionals across Africa.
Several organisations and institutions are supporting the initiative, including Providus Bank, Unity Bank, St. Ives Hospital, MIVA University, Leadway HMO, Lifeworth HMO, Loveworld Medical Center, the Nigerian Medical Association, NMA, and the Association of Nigerian Private Medical Practitioners, ANPMP.
According to the organisers, the conference is expected to provide a platform for healthcare leaders and other stakeholders to exchange ideas, explore innovative solutions and develop strategies for building more efficient and sustainable health systems across the continent.
