Eko Hot Blog reports that Otunba TJ Abass, the Aremo of Epe Kingdom, has celebrated the legacy of Alhaji Isaac (Iziak) Durodola Apatira, who has served as the President Emeritus of Eko Club, Ohio, USA.

The Epe chief honoured Alhaji Apatira on Saturday, December 23, 2023, at his 60th birthday celebration at the Bamboo Hall, Eko Club, Surulere, Lagos State.

In a heartfelt address, Otunba Abass lavished praises on the celebrant’s accomplishments spanning several decades.

He described the celebrant as someone who has lived an “unprecedented life of altruism”.

“We are live at the Eko Club, Bamboo Hall, Surulere, for the surprise 60th birthday of Alhaji Iziak Apatira, undoubtedly a monumental achievement and watershed moment in the life of the celebrant,” the media entrepreneur stated.

“Today, we gather to celebrate six decades of a life well-lived. From the wisdom gained to the memories created, it has been quite six decades of unprecedented life of altruism.”

The celebration, according to Otunba Abass, was not merely about marking a numerical milestone but an opportunity to honour a profound legacy—a legacy of the Apatira dynasty and Alhaji Iziak Apatira, characterized by dedication, compassion, and an unwavering commitment to making the world a better place,

“We gather not just to celebrate a number but to honour a legacy —a legacy of the Apatira’s dynasty and Alhaji Iziak Apatira, a legacy forged with dedication, compassion, and an unwavering commitment to making the world a better place,” he said.

Reflecting on Alhaji Apatira’s leadership as the President Emeritus of Eko Club Ohio, USA, Otunba Abass noted that the celebrant leaves an indelible mark on the hearts of those he serves.

“Leadership, to him, is not merely about holding a position; it’s about inspiring change, fostering collaboration, and leaving an indelible mark on the hearts of those we serve,” he said.
