In the lead-up to the highly anticipated Anambra State gubernatorial election scheduled for November 2025, Nigerian businessman and politician Nicholas Ukachukwu has secured a decisive victory in the All Progressives Congress (APC) primary election.

Eko Hot Blog reports that with his triumph over his closest rival, Valentine Ozigbo, Ukachukwu has positioned himself as a key contender against the incumbent Governor Chukwuma Soludo of the All Progressives Grand Alliance (APGA).

One thing I want to say here nobody has won the governorship of Anambra without my support; it has never happened before.
