Job Position: Front Desk Executive
- Location: Lagos (Lekki Phase 1 preferred)
- Employment Type: Full-time
- Salary: N170,000 Monthly
Key Responsibilities
- Manage incoming and outgoing mail, calls, and deliveries.
- Maintain an organized front desk and assist with administrative duties.
- Handle customer inquiries, schedule appointments, and support the customer service team.
- Oversee social media interactions and website chatbot responses.
- Ensure professional and efficient customer service at all times.
Requirements
- Minimum of 3 years experience in front office management (post-NYSC).
- Bachelor’s degree in Mass Communication, English, or a related field.
- Strong communication, problem-solving, and time management skills.
- Must be female with a commanding personality.
- Computer proficiency, including Microsoft Office.
- Must live close to Lekki Phase 1.
- Occasionally required to work weekends.
