EKO HOT BLOG reports that the YouTuber turned boxer was stopped decisively by Joshua at the Kaseya Center, marking the first knockout defeat of Paul’s professional career. Joshua floored the 27 year old four times before the referee brought the bout to an end, handing Paul just the second loss of his boxing journey.
Paul entered the contest on the back of growing momentum, having secured a points victory over Julio Cesar Chavez Jr in June. The win extended his run to six straight victories since his loss to Tommy Fury in 2023 and fuelled confidence heading into the high profile clash.
The fight was arranged after Paul’s proposed exhibition bout with Gervonta Davis collapsed in November due to legal issues surrounding Davis. That development pushed Paul into a full scale professional contest against an established heavyweight, a decision that proved costly.

For Joshua, the victory represented a strong return to form. The former champion, who lost his titles to Oleksandr Usyk in 2021 and suffered a stoppage defeat to Daniel Dubois last year, delivered a composed and powerful performance to silence doubts about his future at the top level.
